Welcome to GRAP Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, Sourcing Vendor Portal, platform APIs, client dashboard interfaces, and any services provided by GRAP Solutions ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our platform.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms:

• If you are a Client, you are solely responsible for ensuring you own the copyrights or have valid legal licensing for any datasets, media files, or text data you upload for annotation or processing.
• If you are a Sourcing Contributor/Vendor, you agree to provide accurate registration details and perform translation, annotation, or evaluation tasks to the best of your linguistic capability and in compliance with project guidelines.

2. Accounts and Security

Access to certain features of our platform requires account registration. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract:

• Client Datasets: Clients retain all intellectual property rights, ownership, and copyrights in the raw datasets uploaded to our platform. Annotated outputs, transcreated scripts, and completed evaluations are transferred to the client upon full payment.
• Proprietary Systems: GRAP Solutions retains all rights, titles, and interests in our platform design, database schemas, PII scrubbing logic, dynamic navigation scripts, custom styling, and other software tools.

4. Ethical Sourcing & Compliance

We operate under strict ethical standards. All contributors on our platform are contracted under fair pay and opt-in frameworks. You may not upload datasets collected through exploitative labor, or files obtained in violation of copyrights, privacy regulations, or local laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to bypass security barriers, run vulnerability exploits, or disrupt platform operations.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or spyware.
• Using our annotation pipelines to label datasets with the intent of training deepfake algorithms, facilitating cyberwarfare, or developing systems that violate global human rights covenants.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAP Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
